PQA offers Instructional Design services to clients who have the need to train their employees in various subject matters such as new processes, policies, products and so on. Our Instructional Designers have the sole task of creating a learning environment that will enhance our client’s existent training programs.

To create compelling courseware, PQA takes the body of knowledge supplied by the client and combines it with knowledge provided by Subject Matter Experts who specialize in the fields of content, design and application of interactive techniques.

PQA’s Instructional Designers create courseware such as e-Learning courseware, blended learning solutions and instructor-led training materials, while adhering to good interactive and instructional design principles, as well as proven approaches such as the ADDIE Model and Rapid Prototyping.

Throughout the project lifecycle, the Instructional Designer remains at the heart of the process, evaluating the deliverables ensuring content integrity and interactivity levels are appropriate for the learner. Ongoing reviews of the processes and outputs keep the development team engaged and focused on the learning outcomes. Unlike many content development teams, PQA keeps the instructional designer involved, ensuring the end product meets the requirements for effective learning.
