PQA offers a variety of services relating to your content needs. Two of the add-on services that we offer are Transcription and Copy Deck Verification.

PQA’s Transcription service is used by clients who require a lab guide that will accompany the instructor’s training in an instructor-led training environment. The lab guide provides learners with a step-by-step process for completing specific course tasks. We have also worked in providing closed captioning scripts for the hearing impaired.

Copy Deck Verification ensures that the information that appears on a given web site matches the original blueprint. Our team will thoroughly examine both the web site and the copy deck in order to provide the highest level of consistency between your concept and the finished product.
