Description

PQA is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst with several years of experience with claims management systems, using CMS on the Cúram platform. As a key member of the test team, you will be involved in many phases of the software lifecycle, working closely with the development team from concept to completion. As part of our team, you will be working on leading edge software development projects to provide our clients with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structured and context-driven functional software testing
  • Produce documentation to support testing activities
  • Use internal defect tracking and test case management systems to document test cases, record defects and record test case execution results
  • Work directly with the clients to triage defects
  • Extract testing requirements from functional specifications and business requirements
  • Write test plans and test cases from functional specifications and from using the product
  • Assist in training new team members and reviewing the quality of work prepared by junior team members

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • 7+ years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst
  • 3+ years of experience with claims management systems
  • 2+ years of experience on the Cúram platform
  • Experience writing test plans and test cases
  • Knowledge of the software lifecycle
