Challenge: The eLearning industry is constantly changing to keep pace with the requirements of continually emerging learning trends. As our client’s reputation gained momentum, so did their need to meet client deadlines and quality expectations. Their range of services also increased to encompass the growing choice of eLearning solutions available to learners. Our client realized they needed to expand their internal QA team to meet the demands, but did not have the time to augment their existing resources. They needed a partner that would not only seamlessly enhance their QA team, but one that would consistently meet quality expectations and tight deadlines across a spectrum of constantly-evolving solutions.

PQA’s Impact: Having previously partnered successfully with PQA’s Software Quality Assurance team, the client was well aware of PQA’s ability to deliver top quality results in a time sensitive environment. They chose to build on PQA’s proven track record to extend the partnership to include Content Quality Assurance (CQA). PQA worked closely with client project managers and SMEs to develop an effective strategy that aligned with their project objectives. PQA was able to ramp up quickly providing seasoned professionals who were readily available as required by the client through various rounds of testing. PQA also continually monitored the application of guidelines for the improvement of scripts in the areas of writing style, instructional flow and conformance with standards while adhering to established deadlines.

Results: The initial project was a triumphant success. The client met all time, quality and budgetary objectives and continued their reign as generator of top quality integrated eLearning solutions that reduced costs and increased productivity. Recognizing the dedication and professionalism PQA brought to this project, the client immediately began including PQA in the quality process for their other eLearning products and solutions. PQA’s involvement was extended to include localization, rebranding, data migration and acceptance and regression testing. Most recently, PQA has been brought on board to augment Quality Improvement projects requiring regimented standard adherence for online and ILT and SPT formats. PQA continues to be a preferred partner with this industry leader, seamlessly contributing value-added expertise to every additional project opportunity.
